Verified is experiencing interruptions with PAdES generated PDF:s
Our third party provider has fixed their issue and signed pdf generation with PAdES has started working again. We are sorry for any inconveniences caused and thank you for your patience.
Unfortunately, our third-party Trust Provider responsible for Pades is still reporting issues that might affect your experience generating Pades PDFs with Verified. The service seems to be recovering but there’s no ETA available at this time. We will post updates as we have them.
PAdES format PDF generation incident is actively addressed by our Engineering team.
We have identified that the current PAdES format PDF generation is caused by a third-party PAdES Trust Provider partner certificate outage.
