Downloading signed documents, with BankID SE authentication, is currently unavailable


The fix is working. We have begun restoring the affected envelopes. All the recipients and the senders will get a second email to download the signed documents.


We've deployed a fix and all newly created envelopes will not have any problems. The affected envelopes so far will need to be re-generated, which we are investigating. We will provide an update around 13:00 CET


Only the recipients are affected. The senders can still download the signed documents from the Archive. We estimate we will have a fix by 12:15 CET
