The issue has been resolved as the platform's functionality is back to normal. The only exception to that is the KAR API which will be treated as a separate incident

Template generated PDF:s should now be back on track and pending processes can be resent from your archive using the pen icon (reminder) to the right when expanding an envelope process.
The PDF rendering is back to normal. However, the KAR API is still affected as our platform IP's changed during last night's AWS incident. We have contacted KAR support to get the new IPs whitelisted.
