Domain controller outage

Verified.eu domain controller has fixed the problem causing the domain name and all related subdomains app.verified.eu, status.verified.eu, support. verified.eu outage.

Our services are in recovery and will be fully operational in the upcoming hours.

We will release a post-mortem during the day which will be available via Verified Zendesk support.

Today, Dec 11 starting at 15:36 CET we have started experiencing a domain controller major incident. Initially, this incident seemed to affect only app.verified.eu our eSigning platform, but during the upcoming 30 minutes, we managed to confirm that the incident is impacting verified.eu domain name and all related subdomains (app.verified.eu, status.verified.eu, support.verified.eu etc.)

External and internal communication protocols have been impacted, so we could not reach our customers using the default channels to inform them that our SaaS platform is offline. User login and integrations will not be accessible for the upcoming 12 hours.

We are working hard to restore functionality together with our providers.

The domain controller outage is still ongoing and this is managed as a P1 outage. We are in contact with our service provider to fix the root cause and restore normal operations.

Support@verified.eu email channel is also affected by this incident and we won't be able to receive and respond to inquiries during the outage.

We are expecting an impact of at least a few hours to restore operations.

Verified.eu is experiencing a domain controller outage which further affects app.verified.eu service. At the user level, you might experience login and authentication errors in Webapp or Checkout.

We are actively investigating the issue with our third-party provider.
