We are still working actively to remediate the lookup service along with our third-party supplier. The problem seems to be caused by an external unplanned API modification, which lead to incomplete data displayed in the user interface.
Our Engineering team has been working on a patch that will fix this API change and restore the lookup service. We plan to have this patch released in the upcoming hours.
