THIS NOTIFICATION APPLIES TO: E-Signing customers using: - Finnish Bank ID signing - PAdES documents

PERIOD: Tuesday 2019-11-26 00:00 - 00:30 CET (earlier 2019-11-19)

DESCRIPTION: The change to update the hardware security modules (HSMs) used by the E-Signing service has been postponed one week. New date is 26th November. The HSMs are used when signing with Finnish Bank ID and when requesting PAdES documents. This functionality will not be available during the service window.

CONSEQUENCE: Signing with Finnish Bank ID and requesting PAdES documents will be unavailable. All other functions will be available and are not affected by the change.
