We are currently experiencing an issue affecting the Verified User and Company Administration module. This incident is impacting both Verified eSigning and AML platforms.
We understand this may be causing inconvenience and apologize for the disruption.
Here's what you need to know:
- Users may encounter difficulties activating new user accounts or performing updated company searches in the AML portal.
- The issue is intermittent.
- Our engineers have been working on a fix for over 30 minutes and are actively investigating the cause.
