KAR updated its firewall rules. We're making sure that the API functionality is back
Monday, 17 aug, around 18:00 CET a problem with AWS' load balancers resulted in the whole Verified platform being taken down. Although the problem was solved soon thereafter, one of the side-effects was that the IPs changed and the KAR API has stopped working, We have contacted their support staff to whitelist the new IPs and will let you know as soon as everything is back to normal.
