Date of birth missing from transaction logs for a period, when signing with BankID Norway

When updating the BankID NO certificate in order to deploy a new feature (Verified Checkout), there were some incompatibilities with the existing code, which resulted in the date of birth missing from the transaction log of the signed PDFs, as well as the signing interface. The problem started when the feature was deployed on Friday (31-Jan-2020 19:00 CET) and was solved on Monday (03-Feb-2020, 17:30 CET).
