We are aware that several users have been experiencing PDF loading issues when attempting to sign documents using Safari mobile or Chrome mobile browsers. Our Engineering team has released a hotfix on Nov 24th outside of business hours and the Checkout page is now properly loaded when using a mobile device.
In case you are still experiencing a loading issue with your PDF in the Checkout page, please scroll or swipe the document manually to trigger the content rendering.
