Incident affecting email notification & PDF download for newly generated envelopes

The hotfix has been confirmed as successful. PDF sealing is operational again.

The email notifications and the PDF generation for the envelopes that have been created during the outage of the PAdES trust data have been triggered automatically.

You might experience a delay in downloading the signed PDF from the last 3 hours, but we have allocated extra processing power to speed up the process. All the envelopes that have been initiated during the day are expected to be generated in the upcoming 2 hours.

We have a hotfix in active testing on the Verified v2.0 dev environment. The testing started 15 minutes ago.

Hello everyone,

Following a series of configuration changes that we have tried implementing on our end, we maintained a close communication channel with our third-party PAdES trust electronic supplier. Based on the ongoing communication, we have been gathering evidence that shows that PDFs are not generated due to a PAdES certificate issue blocking the retrieval of the data required for validating the electronic signatures.

Our Engineering team is working on validating a new fix that will address the unannounced third-party changes.

We have isolated the scope of the issue affecting the PDF generation for newly generated envelopes. There's no ETA available yet, but our Engineering team is addressing the problem following the major outages protocol - all hands on deck.
