The affected services have been restarted and the PDF generation is back to normal. Generated PDFs that were in-flight when the problem started should be arriving now. If you were in the process of filling out a template that got stuck, you will have to try again.

The problem seems more widespread as PDF generation is not working for the entire platform, not just templates.

Investigating

We are currently experiencing issues with PDF generation/signing. Some templates might be affected.

We are in the process of identifying the issue.
