Hello,
Our Engineering team is investigating isolated Support reports of users experiencing errors in generating signing links. Based on the troubleshooting performed so far, only 0.4% of today's active users of the Verified eSigning multitenant service have experienced this issue.
This issue seems to occur mainly for documents sent to recipients using Gmail or Yahoo domain email addresses. If you have experienced this issue, we would like to inform you that updating the recipient email address with a different domain email address or using SMS for signing has been validated as a workaround.
