Nets: Operational disturbances with the ID-Rights service 24/07
The ID-Rights Norway and Sweden service is back in normal operation.
Nets is reporting that the ID-Rights service is currently unstable for Norway and Sweden. Customers may experience problems when requesting information from the service.
The issue has been identified to originate from a third-party data provider. They have received information that the Brønnøysundregistrene service is experiencing a heavy load, resulting in transactions failing sporadically.
Customers experiencing issues should retry their ID-Rights actions.
